Do Not Buy I purchased these about 2 weeks and they were horrible. My straps did not fit in th closure and the foam pad continued to slip . As I was putting my bra on, the foam pad would slip as well. I kept having to check my shoulders to make sure the foam pad was still in place. I would NOT recommend this item. I purchased some silicon cushions and they work like a dream, February 12, 2013
