Love this dress but a bit confused I absolutely love the feel of this dress and how it flows nicely. The only thing that dissappointed me greatly was that there was not a bottom hem. Some how I don't think that is how this dress is supposed to be. Anyone else have this issue. Otherwise this dress is beautiful. February 15, 2013
