So far, so excellent Finding a strapless bra over a 46 is impossible, until now. I had very low expectations about fit or function, but on my first wearing, today, it's been mostly comfortable, and mostly functional. With the straps in the X mode, they cut into my underarms a bit, but otherwise is more comfortable than most bras. I normally am buying a G cup, so I was very surprised to find the 48ddd a bit roomy. Does what is suppose to This is my first strapless bra, i purchased it b/c of the reviews and I needed one for my summer dresses this yr that are trending. It does what its suppose to, I'm 5'8 350lbs and I ordered the 50ddd, the support is fabulous, it definitely holds up the girls, however. the back strap folds inbetween the creases in my back-ughh. its not uncomfortable, it just looks horrible in the back, w/ my fat rolling over it. The dresses I'm wearing it with, the back rolls wont show anyway. With straps, it would straighten it out I'm sure and support the back and wouldn't fold, but nonetheless, in the front, the support it definitely there and its comfortable. June 5, 2012
Answer to prayer! I have a shoulder injury that is greatly aggravated when I wear one of my bras with straps, even with the cushions that Catherines sells. A SA encouraged me to try this bra. It is very comfortable, stays in place, looks good under most of my clothes (the more fitted solid shirts of thin material show more than I like), and allows my shoulder to not be aggravated. 40F and I LOVE this strapless! This bra is great! I tried it on in the store and had to have it. It is the best strapless bra I have ever owned and being an Fcup, I was thrilled to purchase it. It fits true to size. I did notice that some of the bras were stitched tighter than others around the underwire area. I tried several bras in the same size and bought the one with the tightest stitching. I don't think the average buyer would notice the difference in them, but I did. One side seemed to be perfectly sewn while the other side was stitched a bit looser causing the underwire area to roll under a bit, making the fit not quite right. Overall - I LOVE this bra and will continue to purchase all other strapless bras from Catherines. I prefer not to wear it as a regular bra with the straps because the straps seem to fit closer to my shoulders and are more visable with a tank top. However, I do like it as a halter and criss crossed in the back. August 29, 2010
