Love this top, fit included I actually like one of the previous reviewers think this top fits great. I also like that it is a little loose and not clinging to my belly (even though I am about a 42B, not as busty as the previous reviewer who liked this top). I love the colors and also the cut of the top. In particular, I like the deep scoop neck and the fact that the "banded" part of the bottom also doesn't cling, it is loose. On my body, I think this type of "banded" bottom looks better than the type that indents or comes in. June 15, 2012
Comfortable tee shirt I see that others have written in saying that this top was too big on them. I usually wear an 18/20 and that is what I ordered. It fit fine but I don't wear my clothes skin tight either. It is just loose enough to hide my problematic mid section. My bra does not show either. I am a 42 DDD so maybe this shirt fits girls with larger breasts better??? I think I was over priced for a tee shirt but over all I like it. It will look cute with jeans, crops or shorts. Not for me! I first saw this shirt when both colors were available and I immediately ordered the grape color and took a chance since there were no reviews. I hate it! I usually always like everything I buy from Lane Bryant but not this one. The other reviewer is right it runs big, no problem order a smaller size but the arm holes are cut different and my bra shows big time in both sizes.The cut of the shirt is a BOX sewed up on the sides with a slit for your neck and 2 slits for your arms with a ban on the bottom and it was clingy like. The colors are FANTASTIC but the shirt on a whole is a no go for me... just nothing special. I dislike the cut all together and the dont like the material either. It feels staticky....and super cheap! Sorry girls...I am 5'4'' and weigh 265 and I ordered the 22/24 and it was big on ME even! Maybe its just me I was looking for something super special and I love the tie dye look of the material.... . June 7, 2012
It's Big! Order Small! I'm used to buying things slightly larger than I normally would so that shirts don't hug those problem bulges in the back or belly. (I'm a 14/16 so 18/20's normally feel best to me) Well, you don't have to worry about that with these! I bought both colors in 18/20, and they're HUGE! They hang off me giving no shape at all. SO, I'm having to return them for a 14/16 and I'm hoping even those might shrink up in the wash a bit. They are that thinner cotton material that may shrink, but I don't want to wash my option to return away by trying it with these 18/20's. They're so big, I'm sure a 14/16 will likely be kinda large as well and by the time it tightens in the wash, it will likely be perfect. They are pretty colors and a nice cut otherwise. I think someone just mislabled these 2 sizes too big! So, BUY ON THE SMALL SIDE! May 24, 2012
