looks can be decieving DO NOT BUY I got this bag for christmas, along with a 17 inch computer. My main goal was to use to for school which was to start on january 24th, btween christmas day and maybe the 2nd week in january the top handle broke, keep in mind the bag was used twice to travel back n forth from long island to queens by car lol. i held it by the handle maybe 20 mins total before it broke. Also the shoulder strap was meant to be adjustable but it is almost impossible to adjust because the pad thingie on the strap is placed so weirdly that it cant slide over the buckles that is needed to adjust the straps. so if you get the straps lengthened you cant use the support pad. Also the strap is attatched to the front of the bag so you have to wear the bag with the front flap facing inward. The position of the strap makes it very uncomfortable to wear it the "regular" way.
