Go down 2 sizes! The minute I saw this denim skirt I knew it would be imensly practical. The length, the stretch waist, the pockets, and I haven't had a denim skirt in so long this looked perfect. I'm usually a size 18/20, with a 20 more common for pants/shorts. I saw this ran large, so I ordered the 18. It was still way to big. Took it back and reordered the 16. 16 fits nicely, but it still a little big in the hips (and I'm pear shaped and my hips are usually the problem). I am keeping the 16, but I feel like with this cut I could wear a 14. So I love this skirt, but when you order, order WAY DOWN in size! July 31, 2012
WAY way to big I seen this skirt in the store and absolutely loved it. It was so cute and perfect with a cute summer top. But it was more than I was willing to spend, after I found a coupon code online I was able to purchase it, I was so excited. It arrived today and when I tried it on, it was so big it was almost shapeless. I normally wear a size 20 shorts so I thought that a 20 may be a little big but not big enough to matter. But when it got here it was HUGE. I went to the LB store this afternoon and tried on an 18, 16 and then finally the 14 fit without feeling like I was being swallowed whole. I like it much better now, but I am still in complete shock over the horrible sizing. If you buy it, buy in the store where you can try it on before you waste your time. July 24, 2012
