Not too pleased I love Lane Bryant dresses, but this one did not work for my body shape. I purchased online for my bday, but unfortunately I did not get to wear it. I am a true size 16, and this dress didn't fit well on my bust (40DDD) at all. If you do purchase this dress and are busty like myself I would suggest going up a size. Always get compliments with this dress Black tights and black shrug = good to go. I normally don't like dresses with this shape, but this is not a sheath - the bottom is a little looser than that. Perfect for pears. The straps have two buttons for us shorter girls. June 11, 2012

Beautiful dress Hesitated to purchase this dress - but read the positive reviews & I love it! It is more of a fitted dress at the bosom (38c normally wear 14/16 or 14w), so I did go up a size based on the reviews. I'm 56 years old and will be wearing this with a suit jacket, sweater or shrug @work because the straps are thin. I like the empire waist. I think I could squeezed into a 14 & gone braless, since it is very well lined - but I have pudgy days & am comfort driven. May 22, 2012
